Corn and Black Bean Salsa

1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
1 c. cooked sweet corn
3 medium ripe tomatoes (or 5 Roma), diced
1 clove garlic, minced
5 green onions, diced
1 large banana pepper, seeded & diced
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded & diced
1 TBS cider vinegar
salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in non-metal bowl. Cover tightly & refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
